Zoning Conformance Permit

Building Notification Permit
If you own land within a platted subdivision in Lake County, there is a real possibility that you'll need to obtain a Building Notification Permit before you develop your lot. Let us help you demonstrate compliance with your subdivision approval and get to work on your project.
Lakeshore Construction Permit
Would you like to build a new dock, boat shelter, or other lakeshore improvement? Maybe you already have lakeshore improvements but you'd like to update or repair what is existing.
